I'm so confused?? We did that in middle school where they passed a cotton plant so that we can feel the seeds. Were they being forced to pick cotton or what? That would be bad

The lesson isn't offensive. They were discussing the invention of the cotton gin. ALL of these kids are wearing cotton every single day.

What a SAD STUIPID world any parent/kid/NAACP member who is even SLIGHLTY offended by a lesson on the cotten gin needs to relax and recuse themself from society they are making the rest of us look like idiots.
