ОтветитьThis looks sooooo good. I absolutely love kofta
ОтветитьBro is the most lebanese looking non lebanese I have ever seen😂
ОтветитьWith due respect , this is YOUR adulterated version of the Lebanese KAFTA as the authentic one in it's purest delectable form NEVER has , cardamom cumin , paprika , mint , sumac & garlic . It's SIMPLY , 60/40 LAMB mince , parsley , onions , black pepper , cinnamon & sea salt , no more no less !!
ОтветитьHow many pounds is ground meat?
ОтветитьThis is a cooking recipe for Adana Kebab!
Ответитьi cook the vegetable mix slightly before adding to the meat. First, it mixes much better and the onion wont split from meat. second, the flavours are much deeper. sometimes i finely grate an onion or add onion juice in the mix if i want the raw-onionish flavour to come out.
ОтветитьSimply in love with Levantine cuisine❤
ОтветитьThe origin is nog lebanese bug ottoman.
ОтветитьWhy can’t the ingredient list be viewed?
ОтветитьIs the protein lamb or beef?

Ответитьwhat beef mince is that? what cut, and fat content?
ОтветитьHow long the metal skewers are?
ОтветитьDO NOT ADD MUCH OIL ... OR IT WILL FALL APART ON YOUR GRILL!!!
So what if it's a pain to smoosh it all together. It FELL OFF THE SKEWERS = PITA (no, not the bread)

Ответитьmy local lebanese food makes awesome kofta but i still cant figure out what they put inside. the texture is soft but a little elastic. it has parsley and spices, but i cant see anything else. but the texture is very unique and i never got that in any other restaurant. i am curious what ingredients one could add to kofta to achieve that.
ОтветитьFantastic video! The best that I’ve see! So easy to follow
