Sega Genesis Mini Gameplay - All 42 Games

as a Latin American, i did miss FIFA International Soccer. the first one. there shouldn't have been any licensing woes because there were no licensed players and EA still had the contract back then. but this selection still goes down HARD, with all caps.

Now lets have a third Mega Drive mini, this time with the best picks from minis 1 and 2 and have it available in stores just like the good old days.

Fun Fact: Did you know that the Tetris game that is here was never oficially released until the Genesis, it was cancelled back in the day because nintendo owned the license of Tetris in consoles at the time, there are copies in cartridge of this game but are incredibly rare

You may be asking yourself why you never saw Mega Man the wily wars, well it's beacuse it wasonly available through an "Online" service for the genesis, the SEGA Channel(Basically the Genesis version of the Satellaview)and exclusives games were offered there, one of these was Mega Man The Wily wars, this game has remakes of Mega man 1,2 and 3 from the NES on the Genesis(Kinda like Super Mario All-Stars). It was full remakes of these games and also had an unlockable mode that uses abilities from all of those 3 games. This was never re-released until the Genesis mini and that's amazing, I wish Nintendo could re-release the Satellaview exclusives games and more SEGA channel would be re-released because most of them are lost

Swap Alex Kidd for Aladdin, Sinic Spinball for Psycho Pinball, Thunderforce 3 for Thunderforce 4, Space Harrier for Rocket Knight Adventures and Virtua Fighter 2 for Virtua Racing and you've got an awesome library of games there.

It includes Contra Hard Corps, Castlevania Bloodlines, Strider, Megaman the Wily Wars and Streets of Rage 2, not counting SF2 CE - games that I would certainly have on cartridges if I had an original console back in the day. Never had a Genesis/Mega Drive back in my childhood (only played these in the houses of neighbors or friends), but now I'm really looking forward to it!

This is a very solid list, except for sonic spinball which sucked hard

I have this it's great. I could have done without the Sonic extras but instead had Desert Strike, Thunder Force 4, Super Monaco GP, Pete Sampras Tennis, Quackshot or NHLPA Hockey but mustn't grumble.

How can i change game with control pad? When i go to option and choose exit; it starts same game. I have to shut down the console and then opened again.

My favourite games are the Sonic series and Golden Axe too - I've not played anything else yet but I'm still having a fuck load of fun.
