Oh, Connie, I love your videos! Especially when you don't show 'perfection' in your card making. We all make mistakes, but I am so glad you just roll with them and show us how to work them into the card design. Great card, too!
ОтветитьLoved this video. Yes, I have made that mistake. Great fix, Connie!
ОтветитьSo reassuring to know that I’m not alone in making boo-boos!
ОтветитьGreat lesson on how to mask a booboo! Wish I had a nickel for every time ...
ОтветитьOh no! Do you know how many times I've done that! Thanks for the tip!
ОтветитьAbsolutely beautiful! THANKS for sharing your creativity!
ОтветитьThanks for not editing out the mistake, you helped me to know how to turn it into a happy little accident! 💕💕💕
ОтветитьHi Connie! Love the new girl on your opening thingee.
Cracked up when you opened the card! Dang! Now I need that paper!!!!! I bought the Melon Mambo ink pad and I really love this color! I need a secretary who will come over and mail everything for me; cards, bills, presents. :)
These days, when I watch someone layer a card without punching something out of it ; I cringe. Especially when it is something expensive like glimmer paper. Cheers!
Connie, your use of the punch is genius! Just what I’d been looking for. Love this simple and beautiful card.
ОтветитьI have done this before. Trashed card. Didn’t think about this tip. Thanks
ОтветитьLove how you stretched the punch! I appreciate you not hiding your mistakes-they happen to us all. Thank you for what you do! Love it!
ОтветитьThank you Connie for that tip! Love your cards Priscilla Sydney Australia - shared
ОтветитьWow. Thanks for showing us how to stretch a design. Love it.
ОтветитьI've made that mistake, too. I often will cut the card base in half, trim it down an 1/8th or so of an inch, and then put it on a new base. Like, in this case I'd have put it on a Melon Mambo base.
ОтветитьFantastic tip about the border for the label punch, and I can SO relate to the little booboo, lol!
ОтветитьGreat card! ☺️
ОтветитьAbsolutely sweet....you are so down to earth normal! I do adore your videos! Easy peasy cards...love them ❤
ОтветитьThank you Connie, truly a pro, it was fun to watch your "addition".😊
ОтветитьThat was the smartest thing I've ever seen someone do on a card. It never crossed my mind to use a punched out piece of cardstock for layering! Thank you!
ОтветитьThank you for being human. I love the cards you have made. Thank you for sharing.
ОтветитьLovely cards, Connie. Every time you say "Easy peasy double cheesy" I cringe a bit because your crafting is ANYTHING BUT cheesy! How about "easy peasy, lemon squeezy" ? LOL
ОтветитьHi Connie, Love the card, and your helpful hints along the way, TFS, Cheers Anna.
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI'm so glad that you showed your mistake! I think it makes all of us feel a bit better to know that we're not the only ones that goof!
ОтветитьYou had me at the shadow effect. And then you made a boo-boo ... been there, done that! Nice to know you're human, after all! I've just subscribed to your channel. Hugs from Ireland.
ОтветитьLove the way you used the punch as a matting, and fixed the card. Now if I can only stop mailing my cards with upside down envelopes!
ОтветитьI love the punch idea!
ОтветитьGreat card! Nice save on the booboo! Great idea! I would have tossed it. Thank you for sharing!
ОтветитьWe all make those kinds of mistakes and yep that is how I fix those kinds of things too. I stamped on the back one time... I just cut the front off and put another card base to the good front.
ОтветитьOh, Connie, I love that you made a mistake, laughed, and fixed it!
ОтветитьThanks for not editing. Makes people like me that's learning to make cards feel a little better. Love to watch you make cards and your personality. Tfs.😀
ОтветитьCute cards Connie. Your video was fun to watch. And to learn different things. Tfs. 🙋♀️😊👍
ОтветитьI had a little laugh over that, I think we have all been guilty of doing that. I would have died of embarrassment but you are a true professional. The cards are lovely. Thanks for the tip of using the label punch. Ruth down under.
ОтветитьThanks so much for this simple way to make cards. so many ideas that will be easy peasy......I've had to use the "cover-up" method before. Have a great day!
ОтветитьAnother amazing card and fix up! Thanks Connie for sharing your fix and your humanity! Love it!
ОтветитьThank you, Connie, love your attitude and the cards are pretty!!!
ОтветитьLove these tips. I made a similar mistake recently. Thank you.
ОтветитьAnother wonderful easy and beautiful card. Thanks for sharing. Really appreciated the MISTAKE and how you just roll with it and fix it without trashing the whole card. AWESOME
ОтветитьGreat technique. I have that punch and will try the technique tonight! I found this video when looking for how you organize paper pieces and ideas created that have not been made into cards. My craft room is in chaos unless I am teaching - then it is amazingly tidy but I can’t find anything the next day! No need to respond, just so thankful for all your posts! Looking forward to another video by your daughter!
ОтветитьI don't stamp without Un-Do by my side!
ОтветитьThx for showing us that you’re human and make mistakes BUT I knew you’d come up with a way to fix it. 😘
ОтветитьThx for showing us that you’re human and make mistakes BUT I knew you’d come up with a way to fix it. 😘
Ответитьyou can always use white paper on the inside where you made the mistake . I like your cards !
ОтветитьI WOULD LIKE TO USE THE WHITE CARD OVER THE MISTAKE !
ОтветитьWhere did u get your stamp ink?
ОтветитьOr you can mail it to your best friend and give her a laugh
ОтветитьHow can I email u?
ОтветитьConnie that was beautiful and so simple like you said, love it ❤️
ОтветитьThanks for sharing your boo boo. I do it ALL time.
