These days, when I watch someone layer a card without punching something out of it ; I cringe. Especially when it is something expensive like glimmer paper. Cheers!

I've made that mistake, too. I often will cut the card base in half, trim it down an 1/8th or so of an inch, and then put it on a new base. Like, in this case I'd have put it on a Melon Mambo base.

Fantastic tip about the border for the label punch, and I can SO relate to the little booboo, lol!

We all make those kinds of mistakes and yep that is how I fix those kinds of things too. I stamped on the back one time... I just cut the front off and put another card base to the good front.

Great technique. I have that punch and will try the technique tonight! I found this video when looking for how you organize paper pieces and ideas created that have not been made into cards. My craft room is in chaos unless I am teaching - then it is amazingly tidy but I can’t find anything the next day! No need to respond, just so thankful for all your posts! Looking forward to another video by your daughter!

you can always use white paper on the inside where you made the mistake . I like your cards !
