watching this in a nirvana shirt feels crazy lol
Ответитьmy parents were overbearing and didn't want me to smoke cigs or weed when i was a teen .(they still don't so i don't smoke Infront of them ( i am almost 40 and my parents 70))..i rebelled as they started to drug test me and i eventually figured out how to beat the drug tests ... I never imagined killing my parents. I had strong resentments towards them bc of their beliefs but i understand why they had those beliefs.
ОтветитьThis kid reminds me a lot of two girls I know. They’re even younger though. 13.
I don’t think they are going to kill someone or anything, but they’re vaping, stealing, smoking, and probably a lot more I just don’t know about. I already told teachers n stuff but I’m like concerned for those two girls, since I’ve known them for years. I grew up with them. I can’t really tell the police, I mean I COULD but they can’t really do anything. I haven’t seen any adults give them drugs or cigs so the police ain’t doing anything.
What's a burner phone
Ответитьthe burner phone thing is always a bad sign most of the kids i know who have burner phones are horrible screwed up people
ОтветитьI'm loving the plain black hair looks chic and refined
ОтветитьNot to sound like a bully to a child, but it is interesting that she's trying to give these "bad girl" vibes but based on the demeanor she's showing in the surveillance video and the haircut and even just the outfit choice she seems like someone who probably was a target of bullying or was afraid she would be bc knowing all of this i don't get "bad girl" vibes, which is so common in teen rebellion but you don't see those girls killing people. This seems like the last resort to prove to everyone she is "cool" rather she had people judging her or not. Major insecurities
ОтветитьHey, bad news: if a doctor prescribes a medication for your child, and you disagree, and do not give that child that medication it can be considered neglect. EVEN IF IT'S FOUND OUT YOU WERE RIGHT. my kid was diagnosed with bipolar, I knew that wasn't the issue, didn't give him the medication after he turned into a zombie, and got a wake up call from CPS. I had to fight like mad and go to so many doctors before we found out it was caused by huntingtons disease, damn near lost custody of him and no one even apologized. It's nuts.
ОтветитьIt's not just mental illness, but on top of that she might have psychopathy, which is not mental illness, but a personality. Psychopathy mixed with mental illness is terrifying.
ОтветитьCarly needs to go to jail and stay there for as long as possible.
That said, I don't like the idea of crapping on the defense attorney. They're a critical part of the system, without whom a fair trial is impossible. They have to defend the client regardless of what their real feelings are, and it's enough of a drain on the soul without them being ridiculed.
Medication for someone that young is terrifying to me. When I was inconsistent with my own medication for bipolar I was in my mid 20s and I messed myself up severely because of it. Not taking medication on schedule can and usually will end up making your mental condition worse. I cannot begin to imagine how much that stuff messed her developing mind up if she wasn’t keeping on schedule.
ОтветитьI think that Carlee did it for her step dad, so they can be together or some strange mess like that! 🤦🏾♀️
ОтветитьPoor dogs too
ОтветитьI knew I was sick I watched violent stuff online as a kid it always scared me and made me wonder how people can do stuff like that or do dumb stuff and get themselves killed it made me think I could never do that
Ответитьkilled your mom because of weed and being on the phone? damn
ОтветитьNo history of violence
NO SH*T THERES NO HISTORY SHES 14!
Yeah, I don’t want to hear the “I had a rough childhood so that’s why I am the way I am” my mom went through hell with my grandparents and has had no problem raising us and navigating life. Stop making excuses for these people!
ОтветитьThis crime is horrible, and she deserves to do time, but I also believe that she could and should be rehabilitated.
ОтветитьI was a disturbed teen, with lots of health problems, self-harmed, liked true crime, did drugs, had a phone addiction, my parents disciplined me- I didn’t kill my parents
ОтветитьYo I don't have an opinion on this case, don't know enough, but you gotta stop generalising your experience. As unpleasant as PTSD is, it doesn't mess with your ability to percieve the world. You're also basically comparing a broken leg to like, cerebral palsy or something. PTSD is not the same as having a life long neurological difference. The type of abuse you experienced can't even be generalised to other forms of abuse, let alone to all mental health disorders globally.
The question of how all this should operate in law is a separate question but you gotta stop speaking for schizophrenics when you regularly demonstrate you don't know the difference between narcissistic delusions and psychotic ones.
"I'm mentally ill and I never killed someone". Ummm okay? You also weren't pushed to breaking point by an abuser you genuinely believed you couldn't escape. You haven't had demons screaming in your ear and not known they weren't real. You haven't believed someone in your life is a changeling or something. Or that they'd come back to life.
Schizophrenics are not intrinsically dangerous but occasionally they are, and will get themselves or others killed. And some will be deeply horrified once they come out of their episode.
I get that it's good to destigmatize mental health by disassociating it with violence, but occasionally these things do happen and it's ablist to just ignore the possibility. Darker mental health symptoms do exist and people with them dont deserve to be erased.
"1 in the chat if you've never killed someone" yeah okay I get it but how about a "2 in the chat if you've experienced abuse severe enough it drove you to consider violence" or "3 in the chat if you've ever been so disconnected with reality you're scared what you could have done".
It's like you're comparing alcohol to LSD, like if you killed someone on LSD that's still fucked up but very different from doing the same on alcohol. Like maybe you thought they were a giant spider or some shit, you don't know. Giving into your base urges and not knowing what's real are not the same
Thank you for saying what you did about mental illness. People will blame anything on mental illness when there are many of us who deal with it and have NEVER dreamed of doing anything like this. It is really upsetting. This also continues to make people look at those of us with mental illness like we are seconds away from killing people. Which is just wrong.
ОтветитьIm curious to what a poll would say, with glamour make-up or without.
ОтветитьBro i full on did cocaine in high school and i never once thought of freaking killing my mom!
ОтветитьWhen you said true crime intellectuals know children can commit crimes i remembered when i watched a whole series, one season, about killer children. It can manifest in anyone from anywhere
ОтветитьThe correct sentencing is life in prison with the possibility of parole. If my memory is correct, she'll be eligible for parole in her 50s, but she would be under state supervision for the rest of her life if approved.
ОтветитьOMG you can see him actively dissociating imo. He is just going through the motions when he's on the stand. It's so sad. She's evil. Her poor stepdad. So glad she got life. And she was acting so weird. Her emotions were all over the place, man. I just wanna give this man the biggest hug. I can't even imagine.
ОтветитьI’m back and just want to point out that the husband/stepdad sounds like Mister Rogers.
Ответить"With a magnum"...
Please learn about calibers and guns with the kind of content you cover
Wait, people really thought he hired his daughter as a fucking HITMAN? Our future looks so bright it’s blinding.
ОтветитьHer luring her stepfather sent chills down my spine. That girl is EVIL!
ОтветитьYour right about kids being clever if they don't want to take medication.
When I was 16 I was on antidepressants despite not being a depressed kid. I was punk, into metal music, I had friends etc.
I hated the effects it did to me but I was being watched to make sure I was taking them.
One night I got into the pills, they were plastic capsules. I opened each one and emptied the contents down the toilet and put them all back together flawlessly.
For months I was taking empty capsules.
I recently saw a story about a young man couldn't be put on the sex offenders list because he was deemed mentally ill. Basically leaving him free to reoffend and no one knows he's a pedo because of this.
I was stunned!
The older I get the more secure I am with being a single child free cat lady 😅
ОтветитьI'm so tired of people using the excuse "they're a child!"
ОтветитьAin't gonna lie, the prosecutor needs to get a new lawyer, she called an iphone an ipod, if i were the kids lawyer id pounce on that to tell the jury and judge that woman doesnt even knkw what a phone is, what else is she confused on
ОтветитьThis reminds me of the BTK killer being caught because he didnt clean the metadata on a ftext file on a floppy disk he sent to the police, and it was signed "tyours truly." I love when criminals think theyre being sneaky...iwth a phone in theiir pocket.
ОтветитьCarly Gregg is a Monster. Pure and Simple.
ОтветитьThis is case is crazy, how could anyone kill their parents who raised them, fed them, and treated them well like her parents did. May they rest in peace.
