How To Recruit Using LinkedIn For Free

Hi, I've been doing recruiting for over 5 years now. I've lost ALL passion or just even wanting to do it anymore. The thought of getting up in the morning to do it makes me unhappy, and I wanted to know what in your opinion is another career that recruiters (technical/healthcare/transportation) can transition into? I would greatly appreciate any advice.

What do you suggest a recruiter put on their LI profile if they have less than 1 yr exp over 10 yrs ago?

This is tough to make connections unless you got a huge network. Free 3rd degree connections are not enough for head hunting hard to fill roles. And inMail caps on Premium accounts are very limited. Maybe LI getting wise to all the hacks for bypassing Pro subs.

Do I need to subscribe in Recruiter Lite to find qualified applicant? Thanks
