Love the great use of space. John, you got skills, no doubt.
ОтветитьAbsolutely blown away by this - incredible job!
I'm curious which LEDs and controllers you used for this project?
Fantastic Theater! I admire the skill and effort put into this. So much better than the tours I see where the person obviously has money, spends big money, hires professionals and get the basics of speaker placement wrong. This guy did everything right and I bet his "budget" setup sounds and looks better that those "professional" ones as well.
ОтветитьAll that's missing is a high end Gaming PC in there.
ОтветитьThat room is amazing. This is great inspiration!
ОтветитьWooow thats an insane theater. And on a 17k budget? Thats nuts. Mad props to John.
ОтветитьWow.. 🔥...who is this guy Jon? He must be a God of theater's...hope he is not wasting his time working on the RR...he should be doing this for a living...mad skillz...I need to contact him about doing a room for me...VA ehh..hmm..he might not be far from me.. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
ОтветитьAMAZING!
ОтветитьThis is prob one of the BEST home theaters I have seen fabricated. Very amazing. I looked on DIY home theaters channel and did not see how the wiring of this LED wall array was accomplished. It says that connecting to one would sync them all, but that does not make sense if these were seemingly turned on randomly, like in the electric storm mode? Is there any directions or guide that he used so I could understand this?
ОтветитьMan this guy has got skills… Major respect! beautiful room
ОтветитьDaaaaaammmn John you killed it!
ОтветитьWhat an amazing room. That led and star ceiling are amazing to see
ОтветитьAwesome concept to reality project. Love how he used the Tron movie theme throughout and popcorn, beer keg integration
ОтветитьAwesome job John
Ответитьhi john, first of all congratulations for the wonderful work. I'd like to know how you made the lighting under the honeycombs, and where did you get the material. Thank you
ОтветитьNot a fan of distracting lights in a theater room but it does look stunning.
ОтветитьWhat an incredible setup, I love the lighting!!
ОтветитьHey Tony, I was wondering if I can email you. I want to pull the trigger on the zidoo z1000 pro but I’ve never had a media player like that and I need help getting it setup and anything else I need to purchase for it. Your help would be greatly appreciated, thx
ОтветитьFANTASTIC!!!
ОтветитьIncredible 😍
ОтветитьAbsolutely love this set up.
ОтветитьWow - just wow! Incredible job on that build John!
ОтветитьAmazing!!! The level of craftsmanship is superb!! Enjoy
ОтветитьIs there a link / brand of the hexagon panels you used? I see 12" panels on Amazon, but these look larger. Perhaps you sourced material and cut them? Thanks
Ответитьyou are design wall vector
ОтветитьIncredible!! I wish I could hire John as a consultant.
ОтветитьBrilliant! Hats off to this room!
ОтветитьAbsolutely KILLER DIY build John! My hat's off to you sir. And as always, excellent job on the video Tony.
ОтветитьMost people are so desperate to hear audio come from above that they don't even realise when listening to anything other than Dolby Atmos content with the height channels on, it actually messes up the soundstage! Mind you, you can't blame them especially when they keep being told Dolby Atmos is the next best thing to sliced bread.
ОтветитьUsing the same Wled and HyperHDR.(easy as to setup) Amazing for demos and action movies.
ОтветитьI appreciate all the hard work but it's not my taste. The stairs ruin it for me, and as cool as the retro space-age walls are, they are a distraction and I'd have them turned off most of the time, so what's the point? The star ceiling is great, as is the DIY spandex screen. No doubt the kids have a blast in there.
ОтветитьGreat job John! really really nice!
Ответитьtiny speakers for such a big room. I would want bigger full sized full frequency ranged speakers. Doesnt have to be expensive. There are plenty of larger speakers that are affordable and sound good.
ОтветитьОтличный проект и классная реализация
Ответить👍👍👍👍👍😎🇨🇱
ОтветитьAWESOME ROOM
ОтветитьWould like to know how to control the addressable leds left and right to match on-screen color....
ОтветитьHe did a great job maximizing his space and budget. He should be proud.

ОтветитьHere we ussually build DBA subwoofer systems (front/back 4 each) for such large rooms, more absortion would sound this room way besser. Is this room professional messured? A very nice hometheater
ОтветитьWow....
ОтветитьThis is probably my favorite home theater so far. Not many of us can afford the $200k theater's built in a mega mansion and after a while they all blend together. Any rich schmuck can pay somebody to build a real movie theater in their humongous house with a $60k projector and $40k in speakers but this DIY theater has heart & style and is something that a lot of us average Joes can achieve. Great job John @diyhometheater4199 I hope someday my scrappy basement theater can be half as nice as your garage. Cheers
ОтветитьHi do you have a detailed video of the led lighting connection on wall ??
ОтветитьHi.. fantastic story, however… Could you please read your notes more slowly? In watching this video your ‘rushed’ presentation was a little uncomfortable to listen to. 😮😊
ОтветитьHats off to John…brilliant creativity, conceptualisation and execution! The utilisation of space is just perfect inspiration for those of us without giant spaces.
ОтветитьAny feedback on those ceiling speakers?? Are they good speakers
ОтветитьGreat room and what an age to be for his kids to enjoy it 🙃
ОтветитьGREAT VIDEO!! Super curious how he handled the atmos in the star ceiling. I saw the cut holes but did he move the speakers down into the star ceiling or are the cut outs just there and the sound comes through the cut outs?
Ответить
