ОтветитьI think for detached, it depends on the area, nobody can convince me that a house in forest lawn is worth $500k and i would say the same about almost everywhere in the north east. For townhouses, for sure i can see a correction coming, they are just too many of them now.
Then the condos…. Well, good luck if you bought one in the last couple years.
Lots of the same people waiting for the crush for the last 20 years 😂😂😂 it ain't happening!!! It's Calgary the cowboy rules,go strong. And why would I want the home prices go down when I own the house? Go up baby go up😂😂😂
ОтветитьI think there might be some small price adjustments but nothing crazy. Prices are way to high especially for first buyers but as long as people are buying at these prices there will be no big price changes going down. I know you can't compare 15 years ago to now but I'm still shocked how some condos are more now then my detached home then.
