My neurologist was fantastic- always remembered our small talk appointment to appointment.
Of course, thay may be because he was inflicting pain most times- productive pain, but still. The shocks weren't so bad, and at least the machine got to make funny noises on my behalf as I had to flex with the tiny needle in my muscle.

I thought it was just my neurologist.

I had a minor neurological event (cause as yet undetermined) and my own doc sent me to a couple of specialists. With a totally serious demeanor, my neurologist told me that I had "age-related white matter shrinkage."
Exactly WHAT am I supposed to do with that? I told him I didn't have time for that as I am currently writing my PhD dissertation (true). He had no comeback after that. Neurologists are weird.
