Havana Workout is my new morning exercise. SilverSneakers in a chair for a couple of years, me the youngest one in the room and now I'm back to dancing. Developing the diaphragm and 3 dimensional breathing require stamina POWER Sometimes I run out of breath. Those lip trolls don't work as I climb up the scale. I take a pause and finish the exercise.

Former flute player -you must have lungs.

When people sing opera and perform on stage, they don't just sit there singing. They move! Thinking of Prince, Pink, Gaga and so many others.

Soon interesting... when they wanna sang, they wanna sang with all that blk essence of blk people but they seek out blk vocal coaches etc... but I thought this country Said everything about yteness was superior and yall believed them... so why happened sway!?!?! Seems like blk is more superior in looks, styles, fashion, music, sounds because yall are imitating blk and no one is forcing you or putting you in positions where if you didn't assimilate, you would meet some detriment...

Weird comment but I work with TALENTED autistic clients as a Registered Behavior Technician and would love to know if you have considered working in population!? I love I've not seen you touch a face. That's for SPEECH. I feel you could hone a stimming joy for kids on the spectrum without invasiveness and would help a population you may never have even ventured to. Surprisingly, my clients who love music will perfect with verbal prompts but I couldn't direct cause I suspect I may have some deficiency tone wise in left ear but I could see you shaping a client to a joy they already have. I'm in love with this channel!!
