It's not that complicated guys, let me explain:

Margaery becomes Joffrey's wife and also aunt, Loras becomes Margaery's father-in-law and Joffrey's brother also his grandfather-in-law, Cersei becomes Margaery's sister-in-law and mother in law both, and since Joffrey is married to his stepfather's sister, he is his own uncle too, and if Margaery and Joff had a child, he would be Loras's nephew and grandson as well as Cersei's grandson and nephew too, that makes Tyrion and Jaime both uncles and granduncles too. Also since the child will be Margaery's brother's grandson, he will be her grandnephew too which makes Joffrey the father of the child and also the granduncle too. So Tywin would be a great grandfather and a granduncle, Mace also becomes a grandfather and granduncle. And if Cersei and Loras have a child, he will be Joffrey's stepbrother and nephew, makes Margaery the sister of the child and his aunt too. So Tywin would be the grandfather and granduncle and Mace aldo a grandfather and granduncle. And for Olenna, she would be the great grandmother of Joff and Marg's son and the grandmother of Loras and Cersei's son.

Why would Tyrion and Sansa's child be Loras's grandson ? Why not just nephew ?

I am watching this after Rhaenyra marries Daemon and trying to do this. Rhaenyra is Viserys's daughter and sister-in-law, her younger kids will be both his nephews and grandsons, Daemon's daughters are his nieces, cousins and future grandaughters-in-law? Rhaenyra's the girls's stepmother, cousin and maybe aunt because of her previous marriage to their uncle?

The current most modern take of this kind of thing is when you are unknowingly dating a girl who's now single mother is falling in love with your now single father, and you don't know that the two adults are thinking of getting married until later, making it rather awkward for you and the girl you are dating.

To Daemon's daughters Rhaenyra is their step mother, first cousin, second cousin once removed (twice), and aunt. Daemon to Rhaenyra's sons is their step-father, first cousin twice removed, and great-uncle. Rhaenyra and her former husband Laenor are second cousins (twice), and Daemon and his former wife Laena are first cousins once removed, making his daughters his first cousins twice removed.
