Looks like ecovac t30 omni

(T30 Omni) it was on sale for 600€ (non-pro, 700€ for pro) ... then I looked for reviews for the shop and company and the first result was Trust Pilot, with horrendous low score. many people complain about fast failing products and really slow or basically non existent support.

Hey @VaccumWars have you ever thought about doing aftermarket attachment reviews for vaccums? Like pick up heads, batteries etc.

I don't think including app review scores in your reviews is a good idea as there are many factors that affect those reviews such as software version, paid or bot reviews, users not being tech savvy enough, android or ios version, age of devices and so on. You should use your personal experience with the app at the moment of the review as that would be a more fare and reliable comparison that you can actually replicate for testing.

I don't think app scores should have any weight in the final score. Review the app, show us the score but that's that... I don't trust app reviews at all.

A lot of the bad iOS reviews were 1-2 years ago. Perhaps modify the app score to reflect improved app versions

What about carpets with. Medium to longer strings that are thicker?

I have the EcovacsT30 omni and im very happy! I had Dreame L10S Ultra and various Roborocks in the past, and this is the best bot ive had. App is great, no bugs and the robot and station performs very well.

Interesting competition for other brands. I’m still deciding which robot I’m going to try to get this holiday season. Have you got the Narwal Freo Z Ultra yet? Would like to see you review that before I make a decision.

Love how this is the ECOVACS T30 Pro OMNI but they slapped a different name on. I'm about suprised that it got such a different score to the T30S review since the station would of been the only difference.

Except that True Edge only extends ONE of the mops, meaning you have this very awkward gap that doesn't get mopped and now it has to mop like that the whole time or you'd be wasting time AND water.

This is an Ecovacs! Or and Ecovacs is this. Either way both are technically and design-wise clones of each other and basically they come out of a common white box manufacturer that with some tweaks, app personalization and different name logos, are marketed as "different" brands. BS if you ask me..

The issue with these reviews is that you can tell us how well is mops and vacuums when brand new but none of these machines last for an extended period based on Amazon reviews. They all fail within the first 6-12 months.

Hopefully, the new obstacle avoidance tests include lots of cables. That seems to be the biggest problem for robots and if a cord is tangled and dragged, disasters can happen. Not as bad as running over poop, but I'd like to think most people don't leave as much animal feces around as the average house has cords.
