You're always so raw in your videos it inspires me to be that way ....take love 😊❤️
ОтветитьI started writing journal when my best friend changed her school.. I couldn't talk to her everyday... So I started writitng all the important incidents... And now it's like a routine...
ОтветитьI actually came across reflective journalling through my college. I wanted to try it out after hearing the benefits and I did. Then i wasn't sure to what extend should I write; or the fear of someone else reading it, or just talking to myself all alone was scary place to be in. Then i searched and found ur video. i really found it useful to know I was able to feel some of the things you said and I am looking forward to the fruits of journalling. I have been bad at expressing myself a lot, Isay things I never mean and its tough because I cant apologise and unhurt somebody from whats already done. So journalling really did help me raise awareness on how I feel any goodness or worry that had been looming around on my mind. Now I plan to confront it all and create that clear bridge with myself first. Thank you Radhi.💕
ОтветитьWow, this video gave me some insight into my own habits
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI havent started to journal yet, i plan to stick a paper over what i write countering what i wrote in a productive way- idk how its gonna go but i hopefully will have more strength and clarity on myself. - the paper woll be written in the end of the day?
ОтветитьI want to do journaling.. i just dont want anyone to see.. damn what can i dk
ОтветитьOmg Radhi, thankyou! I don't remember the pain and things I use to feel at one point of time. I had a feeling maybe something is wrong with me, thanks for clearing that to me. I don't even remember the memories I had with people and everyone keeps asking me, 'do you remember this do you remember that'? Yes, I have been through hell and I feel sad sometimes. But now I am okay! Thank you 💞 and Namaste. 🙏
ОтветитьThanks for sharing this video..really love this <3
ОтветитьLet
Difficult to not judge yourself
Don’t judge be an observer oversee your patterns don’t dislike yourself like you would with a.
It’s not just sitting in self pity it’s reflection
Leads to change analysis and growth
Don’t write shut the book but make a mindful conscious effort to make those pages into a lesson
A little nugget of wisdom to take
Morning pages 4 pages that you just keep writing
Journalling you can stop
I’m free writing keep pen to paper even if your mind says idk what to write and even if the whole page is filled
Concept is you let your guard down and pour your heart out
Started to get rid of the junk covering myself with and parts I didn’t used to allow to share come out of the page
Free writing is good because it stops you from
Holding back too much
If you’re used to holding back and hold back while journalling as it stops you from thinking too much
Both are as effective
Journalling gives you more time to think allows you to not act on your impulses
Trying both see how you feel and which you connect to most
Sometimes you can be so noble in the way you act you can infuse ego into it and it comes from a place of superiority
Love this. Thank you sooo much reminding me how important journalling is. I sometimes do it but not daily, now I will xx
ОтветитьWow. I can feel that it's your experience of writing a journal not just script.. Very wonderful and encouraging video... Thank you for this video.
ОтветитьOh God! Thank u so much for this 1 single video. I just found your channel today and I'm so glad that I did. The way you've been raw and so open in your talks has inspired me so much and made me feel comfortable with my own flaws as well while also instilling in me the thought and hope that just like you I ca work through them as well.
Once again Thank you so much!
God bless uh and your family and each one of us always!!❤❤
Hi Radhi, thank you for the video. I'm wondering what the benefit difference is between journaling benefits and meditation benefits. If journaling and getting thoughts out of your mind is so helpful, why do they say that during mediation, you should just let your thoughts pass by. It seems like the opposite on how to handle thoughts that come up. What do you think?
ОтветитьIf we were completely authentic with others we probably wouldn't have any friends
ОтветитьHi Radhi,
I loved your journaling video! I started journaling due to food issues also! Although a lot of things are coming out in it, I look forward to seeing where my strengths and weaknesses are; as like you, I wasn’t giving myself enough credit.
unbelievable how much I resemble you and how much I see through you when you speak because o
f that. I believe you are a very insightful person and you know how to use your words like magic to touch people's hearts! this is one amazing magic side of you and I would consider this if I'd be you because it means you can change the world with such a talent that you learned by yourself. Journaling? Yeah. I did it many times and kind of stopped for some time and feel I should return to the same but even so, I still struggle to take out my journaling book and I just do not know exactly why. What should I do to break the ice?
I absolutely love you! I am binge-watching all your videos and I can identify my problems so clearly as you open up about your issues! Honestly, first I was a little judgmental about you but the more I watch your videos, the more authentic and lovely you are!! And YES, you are super fun and joyful and soooo HUMAN❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьI am so much resonating with every word you say Radhi :)
ОтветитьQuestion, do you tear up your journal after u wrote it? I love the non screening journaling. Its SO true its a space to feel safe enough to say and feel so libersted
ОтветитьOMG I so resonate with everything you said about you, your journaling experience , even your career. You ate doing and living a life I want to do and live
ОтветитьThankyou for this, from the bottom of my heart. And thankyou for being yourself, being so raw. I could relate to so many aspects at so many levels. Listening to you is therapy in itself. God speed, Radhi.
ОтветитьTHANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO ❤
ОтветитьI'm visualizing hugging uh... N I'm feeling so real that I'm crying... Ilovuhsoomuch radhi🤍... Please do visit ladakh at point of your life!! 🥺
ОтветитьThis is Jay Shetty’s wife. Lovely and VERY talented couple.
ОтветитьLots of love ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️✨✨:)
ОтветитьHi Radhi, I have recently started following your work and I've noticed so many similarities while you speak on any subject. I have so many interest (I wouldn't say too many, because I love that about me), but I have found myself toooo many times starting too many things, like hobbies, etc, and rarely do I finish them. I think I lack consistency in almost all I do. How do you deal with it, or do you?
ОтветитьRadhi, how did I miss this video, your video? Well, I just watched the recent video of you and your husband, so that's how wonderful You Tube brought you to my cel phone😊. You're amazing, and Jay too!!!. I started writing letters to my family members abroad since I was 10. Im now 58, and been journaling for the past 23 years. I love pretty journals, so I have more journals than books😄. As you can tell, I love writing, and many many other things. Im spontaneous too because I noticed I grow more when I step outside my comfort zone and leave the routine stuff that can wait til Im back or the next day😆. Greetings from California🤗
ОтветитьLots of love ❤
ОтветитьThank you goodness. Can you please make a video about couple that have different religions believes It can be a challenge.
Ответить🎉🎉so awesome
ОтветитьWonderful
ОтветитьMay Krishna always bless you with all the great things life can offer...truly an inspiration to others... thank you and gratitude to you 🙏💜
ОтветитьI think I owe you an apology Radhi. I internally used to judge people who have a different life that may look easier on the outside ( you’re naturally gorgeous for example, or financially in a good place, safe country etc)
And I would think they are just preaching and have no idea.. but this video showed me how relatable and similar our experiences in life are. This was very beautiful to watch and eye opening.
Sending you lots of love ❤️
@RadhiDevluka thank you so much for sharing.❤ Irecognize myself in so much of what you say. Iv’e Been journaling on and off for years without Making it to a dayily habit. By listening to you, you made me see this from a different perspective❤🌺
ОтветитьYour’re so real ❤ i loved listening to this vidéo 🙏😍
ОтветитьWow❤
ОтветитьIs journaling for or After Meditation better?
Ответитьgood advice!! no longer sharing my journal entries 😣 i need a sacred space for myself <3
ОтветитьI’m intrigued about how we both share so many similarities especially regarding feeling about what we got in us to offer? I found myself tidying as something I can do it pretty effortlessly and beautifully and making the space serene among all the activities in the world. I found This strength of mine with journaling 😊
I resonate with you when you say that people go through certain challenges to reach a point in life. And lastly I don’t understand finances either. I’m creative too .
Warmly ,
Ramya
You are so amazing! I am also a person who feels average in most things and I’m ok with that but I really struggle to see my strengths. I must really start journaling for sure. Thanks for your vulnerability. It’s so inspiring!
ОтветитьI love you, Radhi! ❤
ОтветитьYes we got that radhii ,,,heeeeeheeeeeee
