I bought my used 2012 Black Edition Cayman 6 years ago this month and been loving it ever since. I'm so proud to be an owner of a brand who cares so much about the driver and passionate about building cars which are meant to be driven. Congrats to Porsche for 75 years of excellence!!

Damon, I had a VW Sportwagen that a deer took out. It WAS repairable...but the insurance company totalled it because the car was rare enough in the USA that the parts were craxy expensive and so they totalled it. I loved that car and miss it.

For things like those doors, other practical constraints will play a role, like parking spacing, underground parking ceiling height, maneuvering around tight entry spots (airport parking lots for example), etc.. But this is where engineers & designers will do their thing. One more “surprising” item that jumped at me immediately - the headlights are may too similar to Cadillac’s standard design - the 963 LMPh headlights might work better…
