BookBlast Hatchards Translation Book Club launch event

"An intriguing event on translation at London’s oldest bookstore, Hatchards," The Hindustani Times

The Translation Book Club at Hatchards meets on the second Monday of each month and is hosted by Georgia de Chamberet and the Events Team. Fiction in translation published in the last ten years is the focus of the discussions. Well-written, engaging storytelling from around the world inspires reading for pleasure as well as illuminating cultures beyond our shores. The first three book clubs feature fiction by Andrey Kurkov (Ukraine), Naguib Mahfouz (Egypt), Annie Ernaux (France).
