Costume Quest: Video Review

This game looks very simplistic and intriguing, like it's made for children. Meh.

@sniffman1 TB hasn't bashed Costume Quest. He said that he didn't upload one of his WTF's because it wasn't funny. That doesn't mean that the game itself isn't good, but that he himself wasn't funny in the video.

@GGInABottle Don't try to be a smartass when it's obvious, if you had watched the review, how the downsides are intended. It just makes you look like a tryhard. But here, let me spell it out for you. 1. It's short - the game in its entirety is composed of just three areas. 2. It gets repetitive - the combat does not have enough variety and fighting monster after monster gets 'old'. So, she is saying she wants a longer game with more varied combat. See? That wasn't so hard. Jeez.

Seems fun, I'd love it more if it were on a portable device though, it does seem short for 15$.

Loved the story, game, and atmosphere! Dislike the short length and the fact that there's a purchaseable add-on. -,-

Just dropping in to say Costume Quest is a very charming, well done little game.

It takes about 7 hours to finish, and now has an additional quest which takes another couple of hours.

It's a bit repetitive, but the personality and fun attacks and mechanics are great.  It's a Double Fine game, so there is lots of good writing and personality.
