Hmmmm, Plum Wine by its self, im not sure about, that particular one anyway, im not crazy about Cough Syrup, but mixed with a little Champagne dont sound to bad, Great Review and Plum Wine info , Cheers Buddy

The Plumbs sound like they do what hops does for the malts in beer Balance the Malt Sweetness with Bittering. I have had this a few years ago. Although I don't remember much about it. I didn't know the ingredients until you mentioned it. I believe that you mentioned cordial this is how it was served as an after dinner before desert wine wine years ago. You mixogolist you. I like the plum wines but have not had that one. When you order it at the restaurant they bring it to you warmed which is really good.

It's funny,first time watching this video and I just happen to be drinking the same wine your talking about.I like it but have never tried it with anything but straight-up.Will have to try it with other items
