hi brandon as a family of 5 we looking to relocate to south carolina lexington how is the houses there in terms of affordability and schools and job opportunities

I am curious is Lexington and Columbia sc pretty safe as far as crime goes ?

Have you done any videos on the actual buying process, touring the home, getting Property Disclosure, how much earnest money down, using the same lawyer for both parties, what to be cautious with etc

I live in Boise, ID and am truly considering moving to Lexington, SC. As I look around the country on where to move I keep coming back to Lexington. I realize the housing market is tough everywhere but it is an extra kind of stupid in Boise, ID. A $250,000 house in Lexington, SC would easily be $550,000 plus in Boise for the same sqft. I think I may make the move this year.
