This workout is a 30 minute leg blaster. you will be doing 5 different exercises, burpees with Frog jumps, tiger crawls, burpee with jump lunges, machine leg curl and machine hip addiction. during the workout you will have 30 to 60 seconds rest with different ranges in reps from 10 and up. there will be 3 sets of each exercise apart from one which is a body weight Finisher exercise before moving on to machines.

Working the legs helps engage the major muscles of the body, which helps to give you a strong lower body and will also help to prevent injury and manage chronic conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, and diabetes.
