I don’t like the fold over boots. If I was taller than my 5’1 height maybe it would work. But I’m height challenged lol
ОтветитьPlease Stilettoboots❤😃
ОтветитьI love boots to wear with midi/long dresses and skirts and I have a pair of high brown/tan boots in my shopping list for the fall, so your thoughts on what to buy are super useful to me.
I'm torn about the material. I love suede, but leather (real or faux) seems more practical and durable!
👍
ОтветитьI can safely say that I will be avoiding all of the cautions and skips lol... I have never been a fan of furry shoes or boots nor the fold over ones. As a woman from NC, we can typically get away with wearing mules but I am more partial to at least a slingback because I can be clumsy and need to feel secure in my footwear... I just updated my riding boot collection last year so I feel pretty good going into fall in that aspect, but I am looking for a burgundy boot and bag for the fall to go with some of my outfits... Thank you for sharing your content and knowledge!!
Ответить😂 I think the fold over boots are ridiculous
ОтветитьDon’t like fold over boots.
ОтветитьKeep the green bag!
ОтветитьFrom SF Bay Area, now live in coastal Florida. Can’t do boots. I try every few years but they just aren’t me. Always love a mule. Adorable sweater in the video with slouchy bag!
ОтветитьGreat video Ziba!
ОтветитьI’m from California and donated my boots because I wasn’t wearing them, they are nice but I like a variety of sneakers , a variety of flip flops and one casual sandal . I do need a simple style for a shoe when it rains, but honestly I wear my leather sneakers
ОтветитьOver last few years I’ve accumulated many knee high riding boots. I’m obsessed! I also just picked up a Frye boot, in new condition for $40. I bought them all on Poshmark. Well known brands in excellent condition and haven’t paid more than $30 for any pair. So, for cost of one new pair I have very slightly worn in boots in every color for less. No reason to pay many hundreds.
ОтветитьI don't like the uncircumcised boot look. Some people look good in them though.
ОтветитьWe have lots of bad weather where we live, paired with really bad sidewalks so most of the time I go for practical and warm. Knee-high or biker boots is usually my choice 😊
ОтветитьTucson AZ here 🌵 I do like the look of the knee high fold over boots but Im gonna pass and stick with a knee high boot that is not a trend that can go out of fashion. Because of our mild winters if you can even call them that I do like a mule BUT have to have one with the second strap high up across foot to be stable as YES that feeling like your shoes are about to fall off is so ridiculous 😅 I’ll let my husband keep his boat shoe style to himself 😂
ОтветитьLoving this video! Two comments—I owned a fabulous pair of fold over boots for 5 years the last time they were in vogue… I gave them away without ever wearing them. I’m not doing that ever again… however, the boat shoe is a very traditional New England shoe. Akin to the driving moc everyone adores. I wear them occasionally during the summer. Don’t knock them if you ever go boating (not yachting😉)!☺️🙏🏻
ОтветитьI like the fold over boot, but don't think it will be in style more than one season. So I'm not going to spend money to have it sit in my closet.
ОтветитьI wish Louis heels would come back. I loved those in the 80s.
ОтветитьI’m a shoe person.. you have good taste. I’m surprised I like your page.. I’m an older woman 👵
ОтветитьKeep the green bag, everyone will play it safe and get the tan. Not going in on the fold over or taco boots. No to the slouchy styles as they will date fast. Trying so hard to like Mary Janes, but for me they are ick.
ОтветитьBoston Girlie here....riding boot with my skinnies are a must for Fall. The felt hat on bad hair days plus I luv a hat. Never wore the Infinity scarf or waterfall cardi...lol. I bought a pair of the furry mules from RL a few years back. Wore them once. Bad weather here had me turn them into luxury slippers...lol. No to the green bag. It overwhelms your frame and looks like a bottomless pit. JMO 🤷🏼♀️
ОтветитьFold over boots - UGLY!!!! They also make your legs look big. I don't understand this trend at all. Aaah....boat shoes. I have fond memories of them. My son had a pair in 1987-1988 when he was a preschooler and he looked so cute wearing them. They were very popular back then.
ОтветитьI actually love mules. I don’t have an issue walking in them but my favorites are flats so it’s not as much of an issue.
ОтветитьI didn't like foldover last year. But this year I got a pair. They go w one dynamite outfit. Denim vest, light brown midi. Don't know what else I can wear them with?
ОтветитьI have until 10/15 to return those foldovers. I have another boot 👢 I can wear w that outfit. Ty 😊.
ОтветитьGreen is trending. I'm getting some green items. Green is a better color for my cool undertone. Can you use that camel bag in summer also? I know, I'm not much help.🤷♀️
ОтветитьWhat about that cute dress from the first half of the video?
ОтветитьHi Ziba, I prefer the Givenchy style of the fold over boot, or variations of them. I don't like the western style. I am also obsessed with slouchy boots,. Not into square toes. l'm also obsessed with boat shoes/driving moccasins, however they don't really fit my style. Loved the video! XO
ОтветитьYou need to affordable styles!
ОтветитьFold-over boots remind me of uncircumcised boots! 😂
ОтветитьKnee high boots always have been and still are my favorite boots.👍
ОтветитьI love foldover boots because they camouflage my skinny legs😊
ОтветитьI love fold over boots
ОтветитьThose almost Western Boots
could Not Be "Almost
English Countryside.."🤭💜
Not really sweetie!
🤭💜🙏🏼💜🇬🇧💜
Keep the green I love those
green bags. We have lots
of camel🙏🏼💜🇬🇧💜
I find slides easier to wear than many loafers because there is no back to rub my ankle. Slingbacks are even better but tend to be dressier. I have slides and slingbacks in every color. Also found some Trotters pointed toe loafers with elasticated heel that don’t slip.
ОтветитьTiny heels and kitten heels are less stable and get stuck in escalators, etc. They don't look balanced in boots, especially knee-high boots, I prefer ordinary block heels. I'm not keen on Western style heels that angle at the back, they don't look very elegant to me
