ОтветитьThis was really a good year. Allmost all of the songs could have been on my top 10 list. So making a top 10 was a bit difficult, but I made it. So here it comes: 1 point Norway 2. Switzerland 3. Monaco 4. Denmark 5. Netherlands 6. Germany 7. Spain 8. France 10. Austria 12. Italy (of course) And thanks Tasos for sending me the missing songs. I can allways count on you my friend :)

ОтветитьAgain this year has a number of really good songs. Non ho L'Eta stands out as one of the greats ever. For me i Love the Little Things is one of the best UK entries. Udo Jurgen's song seems to be a poorer imitation (if past can imitate future)of what was to come.
ОтветитьAfter the latest voting by ESCsince1968, Italy has naturally (and to my great joy) started moving way ahead and France's Rachel breaks in the top-10, although the real surprise seems to Spain, near the bottom of the scoreboard back then but moving into the top-5 today! Latest update: 1) Italy 69 2) Netherlands 45 3) UK 43 4) Germany 35 5) Spain 30 =6) Austria 26 =6) Finland 26 8) Luxembourg 24 9) France 20 10) Norway 18 Last place: still Portugal, with 6 points

ОтветитьLike 1963, another year where our results reflect those of the actual contest, with Gigliola's richly deserved classic scoring close to double points from runner-up Matt Monro! And, after years of languishing at the bottom of the scoreboars, Austria manages to get their first truly great result thanks to a young, tall pianist called Udo Jurgens - who'll also give them more great results in the years to come.
ОтветитьMy German vote: 1 to Luxembourg (Belgium) 2 to Switzerland (Luxembourg) 3 to Spain (Switzerland) 4 to Portugal (Spain) 5 to Netherlands (Portugal) 6 to France (Netherlands) 7 to Austria (France) 8 to United Kingdom (Austria) 10 to Italy (UK) 12 to Germany (Italy) Our entry was higly underrated that year.
Ответитьfyfaen norge suger
ОтветитьOne year when the judges got it right when Matt Monro would have won against most opposition except one of the classics overall. Would Gigliola win a competition of all the songs ever entered? It is quite likely.
ОтветитьI can't agree with that. There were some better songs as 'Warum nur, warum'. E.g. Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and of course Italy.
ОтветитьThis is the 2nd time Gigliola Cinquetti won a contest with her song, non ho l'eta.
ОтветитьI love Italian song, it's really amazing, but my favourite from this year was Austria!
Ответить@betrataewen I think Austria should have one, Portugal second, Italy third, and spain four.
