Provisioning- Alchemy - Enchanting - ESO Help/Guide (beginners)

Very helpful thanks, been mucking around enchanting a bit but just couldn't get the proper idea and now i see how to translate works.

you might know...in eso if I find an item and its say purple..if i upgrade it to legendary..will its stats equal those on the same item if i find it already as a legendary or since i find it as a legendary...those items will always be a little better than those you make yourself. Great tut vid :)
