They make Trump out to be incompetent, his net worth is only about 4.5 billion dollars, he probably knows more about negotiating, and talking with people like Putin, than those idiots do.

It seems bizarre that people here believe that the UK could launch missiles at Russia but that Russia would not respond in kind.

The only thing the Russians can do in response to Storm Shadow, or any other long range missile, is the one thing they dare not do - go nuclear. Gloves should have been off long ago.

Slava Ukraini! kaputin is on the way out! May the Christ of Wisdom and Redemption (Icon) bring an end to kaputin’s aggression and bring a just peace to Ukraine with the return of all its territories and its kidnapped children. May Our Lady of Zarvanytsia comfort all who are grieving the loss of loved ones and help the sick and injured to recover. Pope Francis has appointed 44-year-old Melbourne Bishop Mykola Bychok of the Ukrainian Catholic Church a cardinal. This appointment sends a strong message to the Russian president Vladimir Putin, that the cardinal-elect has referred to him as a “modern Hero

Times Radio has been 100% biased in favor of the 'western narrative' since 2022 and has never bothered to look at causes. It glosses over all murderous mistakes made by the Kiev regime against Ukrainian soldiers, civilians and refuses to acknowledge that 'recruitment' is by Zelenskyy's mercenary militias, nor that these (sourced via Riga at first) were hounding the civilian population from late 2020. Talking to some Ukrainian refugees could soon remedy that but TR avoids the truth.
Today there is a change insofar as fear of what Russia will or could do pervades discussion in Britain -- even at TR.
If the target for £12 million worth of SCALP/SS to be launched was so important to Russia, there would have been EW interceptions because Russia (and experts from Turkey, Georgia and Belarus) cracked the loading codes when Kiev last launched the weapons in a north eastern Crimean seaside town with a children's holiday camp on the beach where a SCALP/SS went out of control through jamming and was filmed wiggling a bit then accelerating into the sea. The still live weapon has been tracked carried hither and yon along what were fishing grounds but no trawling or drift netting can be risked.
The number of missiles used on 20th Nov is questionable because they can only be launched by Su-24 planes and Kiev was down to 8 such in summer. Trainer versions could have been rack-fitted. A possibly significant target would also have been radar swept and as there is no evidence of the usual Mig escorts having flown, we may infer that the attack was a PR stunt in a part of western Kursk oblast of little military importance and not close enough to Belarus routine radar sweeps to be detected. F-16s cannot carry the missiles.
What I want to know is less what Russia does next and more what Starmer does and I ask a UK taxpayer. The missiles (France stopped supplies at less than 20 in early 2023 for lack of stocks) were given to Kiev for self defence when it had a president and a constitution. Zelenskyy used illegally declared martial law to avert elections and assume unusual powers resulting in reckless acts costing thousands of lives. Under the constitution, only a set number of emergency governance extensions may be had. In May 2023 Zelenskyy and a fake quorum of no longer mandated Rada Deputies made a further extension and therefore nullified the constitution. What had been the Rep of Ukraine became a dictatorship but western leaders still called Zelenskyy "president".
Mr K Starmer is a member of the Bar yet seems poorly versed in law.
He is, for now, Prime Minister yet seems to danced to the tune of a senile outgoing president in Washington. Since when was the UK the 51st state of the USA?
Were Starmer to argue that he acted as the former government did and might quote a casual remark by D Cameron. However, the fallen PM R Sunak had appointed non-MP Cameron as Foreign Secretary using the peer move. Under convention and precedent, D Cameron was not a member of the House of Lords for long enough to validate Sunak's sleight of hand and the validity of Cameron's right to be any sort or level of minister remains doubtful.

The £12 million trashed in rural Kursk, Russia by a failing dictator would have paid for the winter fuel allowance of people over 80 or all OAPs but that entitlement to a return on decades of National Insurance payments had been snatched away by Starmer's occupant of 11 Downing Street.
Will Times Radio ask Mr Starmer whether or not, in both matters, he treated ordinary British fairly. On the one hand people could die of hypothermia and on the other, taxpayers not only paid for the missile adventure but are closer to mortal danger if escalation builds to that of another autumn --- in 1962.
Former historian Dr Clarke might care to comment.

The west is knee deep in the Ukrainian mess huh, but they give them garbage weapons that don’t do much to russia, storm shadows are short range cruise missiles, they won’t go very far in russia nor do much damage other than start small fires or leave craters around Russian border towns.

The UK govt is intentionally making their own people a target for retaliation ( and contributing to making all NATO nations , or at least AUKUS a target ). Our governments are colluding to provide a pretext for mass annihilation of the people they are meant to represent.

Trump can end the war by demanding that Putin leave all of Ukraine or the G7 & EU will use his $350 billion of reserves in their banks to fund Ukraine & all the weapons it needs to defeat Putin. Probably $250 billion of that would go to USA arms manufacturers to strengthen our defense production capabilities. So Trump can tell Putin "Go ahead, make my day!"
