It seems that most people in Britain view Parking Eye as an evil and satanic entity.

Total bullshit, under british law for this to work throught the courts he say "it was inder contract LAW", the only way that would happen is if he had 1) signed a legal document or 2) paid any money. If he had done neither then there is no contract. It would be of use for them to give the full court ruling, but some how i think they will make an excuse up.

I’ve had one of these “parking charge notice” absolute bollocks. Don’t pay it, I didn’t. They sent me threatening letter after letter. Most corrupt load of nonsense I’ve ever come across. Now if it’s a “penalty charge notice” then it’s been issued by a traffic warden or police officer. These tickets are still disputable, but more often than not just pay these fines. Don’t pay a “parking charge notice” it’s just an invoice.

They can't summon you to a magistrates court because that's a criminal court. Breach of a contract you never signed for is not a criminal offence.

Don’t pay these leeches they can’t do anthying and won’t just bin the letters and ignore them they will eventually give up

ANPR cameras work when you go in and when you go out, but when i opened my boot a towel accidentally fell out and covered my plate, funny I never got a ticket?

Look up the BoEVAT remedy on google .. it’s in not an appeal process .. you say you will pay when they send you a proper bill or invoice showing VAT otherwise they are guilty of VAT fraud and so are you if you pay it!
The BOEVAT website tells you all you need to know and gives you templates to help you compose your letters to these criminals.

I have been issued a ccj over a private parking ticket, I have tried to explain to them someone had caused dispute with me and my wife where I had to move out and didn't see all those letter due to not having access.. I gave them an address dated around the time I moved out and they went quite for few days.

I am only able to prove I moved out in July they claim they have been sending letter since June

For the last 14 years iv had parking fines from nearly every private parking company and iv never paid a penny. Straight in the bin every time.

I got the solution, put electronic barriers on all these private car parks. Barriers only open once you have paid the money according to your time of stay. Therefore a fine can not be generated.

I went back at 3am to one of these places and smashed up the machine with a hammer...really looking foreward to them replacing it..i need a new hammer !!

Thank you Becky excellent. I was issued a FPN by the DVLA 100% incorrect and faced them down. All sorts of areas they got completely wrong. Councils also employ parking companies and they in turn allow false parking notices to be issued.

Well I have and have never paid one ticket they can’t shoot me so why should I care what they do. And it’s not the magistrates court it’s the county court also they get your number when you drive in on camera so when you leave just cover your front and back number plate with tape that way they cant prove when you left

I would be interested to know from Barry Beavis why he conceded that a reasonably user would have noticed the signs in the car park in his case. I have had a look at the car park it looks as though they have deliberately placed them so as only to be noticeable by a lucky few who park in front of the sign or near it. Parkingeye constantly quote that line in the judgment as though it was an established fact but it wasn't.

Contracts require signatures or autographs... by law... since forever ago, like the 1688 and 89 bills of rights.

ask for a contract signed by both parties , ask for a bill dated and signed, DO NOT PAY TO THOSE SCUMBAGS
