We just bought one in Washington State seems good so far.

I had bad experince with them. I didn't check their review before I sign up. They built my house in 2017 in Minnesota. I moved in septomber 2017. Then after couple of month one of the bedroom supper cold. I asked them to come and check. They are not willing to fix. I was looking for a contractor to fix for me, but very expensive. When I checked their review recently, it was 1.7 out of 5. I regreat to go with them.

Eric, they also have the worst follow up and customer service due to building cheap as possible-I hope they did not pay you to post this video. Most complaints of any builder nationwide
