it's a joke
Ответить"Watch Wawrinka not pull him off the court" ... Wawrinka pulls him off the court
ОтветитьJust add a “back” to that door and you got yourself a sex position. Then again, all his plays seem to insinuate sex stuff.
ОтветитьNovak did that to Carlos multiple times for the Gold.
ОтветитьGreat, now I just need a cannon of a Backhand
ОтветитьThis is highly cringey
ОтветитьDjokovics play book is pretend to fall as much as he can. He tried to do it at the end there 🤣
ОтветитьYou crack me up! It's not opening the door. Where's the door? No, it's called opening the court. Lol
ОтветитьThis guy: wawrinka summoned his secret combo opening the door and djokovic forgot to use his counter drop shot 3000
Wawrinka : my backhand better than ur backhand
Djokovic: no my backhand better than your backhand
Do people actually believe this crap?
Ответить$67 is a bit over the top I’ll just make my own plays
Ответитьtrash
ОтветитьOoh the name pronunciations 🤦🏼♂️🤮
ОтветитьDo u even play tennis?
ОтветитьDjokovic shouldnt let Wawtknla open the door and invite the wolfy grandma in
ОтветитьLooks like someone has too much time on their hands
ОтветитьDude. “Wawrinka”?? Seriously?! Do you watch tennis? It’s pronounced “Vavrinka”
ОтветитьI played tennis at a high level and taught it. This is simply a backhand to backhand cross court rally, both players are trying to keep each other behind the baseline. Djokovic hit a good backhand to push Wawrinka wide, Wawrinka reciprocates with an even better backhand that pushes Djokovic even wider, Djokovic then hits a shorter backhand and Wawrinka punishes him by going down the line. This is tennis 101, basics, like clockwork, natural instincts of any player who plays at a high level. Most of the time tennis boils down to fundamentals, there is nothing inherently unique about what these players are trying to do. The better ones have a better feel, anticipation, physical and mental strengths, that's all.
ОтветитьNo need to read too much into this strategy.
ОтветитьGood play from Uahuinhka
ОтветитьI couldn’t focus on anything being said because of that diabolical pronunciation of Wawrinka’s name
ОтветитьROFL. Click on this link and what? Magically my 1HBH is gonna have more angle on it? Trap? Only a crazy man would hit to Novaxx's BH and call that a trap. LOL.
ОтветитьThis is nonsense. Just keep your opponent on that side of the court bro. Just hit so he can’t create an angle bro. This is a top tip the pros don’t want you to know.
ОтветитьWait! Deep to the backhand helped someone win a point??? GENIUS!!!
ОтветитьAt this point he just making the shit up 😂😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьOpening the door ,you are tennis comedian 😂
ОтветитьActually Djokovic should have sliced deep into center court to allow him to get back to center court. Not to smart tennis by either player!
ОтветитьThis isn't really a trap. It is just who could hit a better backhand cross-court angle to create a HIGH-PERCENTAGE down-the-line shot. More about execution than strategy.
ОтветитьWawrinka's backhand is simply the best of all time... absolute joy to watch...
ОтветитьAfter stan hit a sharp angled backhand why didn’t djokovic hit it straight instead of cross court?
ОтветитьCan we do this with the forehand?
ОтветитьAfter reading the comments I was relieved to find out that it's just a joke!
ОтветитьAs a Tennis coach I can tell you this is all made up... Cross court is hit nearly 70% of the time as, its over the lowest part of the net and you have about 3 meters of extra court to hit into vs down the line ... So give up on this channel.
ОтветитьWhile the retrospective analysis of why the point went the way it did makes sense, there's so much logically wrong interpreting this as a predetermined tactic that I can't be arsed to even argue. Occam's razor would work here. You try not to give your opponent too much angle; when that "door" is opened, whoever plays the best shot (Stan in this case) has the advantage.
ОтветитьSome say, that the one who took the longline exit loses the backhand duel.
ОтветитьGah! Should’ve used the swiss watch!
ОтветитьWawrinka was like “oh f*ck youre gonna make open the door again”
ОтветитьI’m sure these strategies are made up by him and players aren’t really planning it.
ОтветитьSurprised that Djoko responded with that weak cross-court backhand by his standards instead of a nadal-like straight court.. maybe even trapping Wawrinka🎉
ОтветитьThat was not the problem. Novaks response was good, but he hit "short." If that ball would have gone deep, it would have been more difficult for Stan to hit the same ball down the line. Bigger risk.
ОтветитьThat’s pretty amazing so let me see if I got this right you hit a few shots and each one of them move the person farther and farther off the court and then once they’re far enough, you hit it to the other side!
That’s fucking brilliant! I never thought of this
It's just laughable. "Opening the door" my assse
ОтветитьLol. This channel is bunk. Stop making these videos. Your FOS. this is not how real time high level tennis works. Yes some patterns and player specific tactics but you are making stuff up after the fact everytime
ОтветитьTennis comedy.
ОтветитьUmm, no, Stan was still pulled wide, he just chose to hit more down the line. I didn't see any mid-court weak hit.
ОтветитьAlso, it's pronounced "Vavrinka" for Americans. It's not an English word, don't pronounce it as if it is.
ОтветитьI'm here just for the comments 🤣
Ответитьur english pronunciation is whack kid.
