JDA 5 for Beginners : Ban Command

How we can ban for a specific amount of time? Even if we add a scheduledexecuter then bot will not be able to unban if its online, I was trying to use sqlite to add the info to a table and process it on startup so bot can unban, but I am not able to use sqlite and there are not much tutorials online it would be really helpful if you could guide me
