this is even worse than free chatgpt.. you ask some followup question to copilot and it will be annoyed and even close the chat, while chatgpt understand your intent and give many followups answers

It took them decades but they finally came up with something more annoying than clippy.

A waste of money, energy and resources. Best not to use it.

The AI voices are goofy 😂

Copilot was "OK", until the recent update overhauling the UI and adding "natural" voice. Now it is unusable garbage. Can't believe Microsoft actually let that update out the door.

copilot sucks compared to any other AI as can be expected from MS.

The whole concept of an AI pretending to be something more by using pleasantries is so cringe.
Also with Microsoft already pushing ads through Windows 11, the level of trust I have in the company not invading my privacy more with their AI is zero.

The Copilot "App" is not an App. It's just a webpage installed...for 20 bucks a month

So this is the reason why the chatgpt desktop app isn't on windows, just on Mac...

compare to clippie, this will annoy you 1000% times

just make windows 11 more ram friendly. I hate it being a resource hog on my i7 11th gen

what good is it if you can't even upload a txt document or a pdf. Doesn't seem to be a way to save your own AI prompts or a prompt library or all the other stuff that ChatGPT can do. Now I suppose you do get Ai for your 365 apps if you pay the $20/month. But as a stand alone app, $20 or $240/years is a lot of money. And unfortunately it is MS app restricted as far as the apps it can control.
If you don't pay for a Office 365 subscription, the $20/month for a chatbot is way overpriced considering other LLMs, including ChatGPT, seem to allow for more functionality than copilot.

So copilot and Cortana are two different things?
