Talk about pressure: When UConn wins all the time, people complain and say they are sick of them and say, oh, it's because other teams suck. Then when UConn has a "normal" season where they lose a few games (like everyone else in the world) or don't win a championship, even if the season is something other teams would kill for, then it's, oh, UConn sucks this year and they're has-beens. So when they win all the time, people get mad at them and hate them (unless they're fans, of course), and when they lose like every other team on the planet, then people make fun of them and hate on them, too.
They make it look easy, but it's not easy to do what they've done.

A lot of people talk about Geno but CD deserves her share of recognition and respect for helping UConn be as great as they are.

Watching those early videos of coach made me think he could have been one of the Jersey Boys...if he was from Jersey and could sing! But what he's accomplished is so much better than a rock star in the entertainment world. He's a rock star in developing these young women.

I love hearing the background stories right out of Geno and C.D.’s own mouths.

I love that everyone around the program recognizes that Geno may be the head coach, but CD is just as important to UConn's success for everything she does, on and off the court. You're the best CD. You're pretty good too, Coach A.!!!😂😂
