Thank you for the Telegram X recommendation. It didn't work for me at first and I got suspended so many times for trying too often. Finally fixed it buy promoting telegram X to send a code and then prompting telegram to send a code (immediately!!!) after. Telegram finally sent a code to my other device where I was logged in (not SMS)

It worked for me but I have nothing, no groups or messages, I put reset account and it told me that I could lose my groups and messages, but it didn't tell me for sure, sons of.... I thought I would get my account back like when you uninstall WhatsApp and they delete all messages... all because of the moron hacker who broke into my account from Germany.

untuk kasus ganti hp (login 1 akun yg sama dihandphone berbeda) aku bisa tetap login di aku yg sama walaupun di awal gagal "email not allowed" dan "an internal error ocurred" itu bisa pakai cara ini : Log out akun di hp lama, kemudian log in lagi di hp lama.. nah pas verifikasi no handphone minta kode otp itu usahakan no telegramnya kartu sim cardnya dipasang di hp lama, jadi pas di hape baru mau login itu baik kode otp sms maupun kode otp yg dikirim ke aplikasi telegramnya bisa diterima di hp lama.. nah baru setelah dihp baru udah bisa login, yg dihp lama logout dan tinggal uninstall telegramnya dari hp lamanya. Semoga membantu.
