The Express Hiring Process

how can I get an express form I need to start working at dollar general in Mazo Maine Wisc 53560 please I need to get it fill out asap

The lady at my local office asked me what type of work I was looking for, I told her I need anything right now because I have been laid off. Then she tells me she can't help me because I had not been employed in the past 6 months. And I saw no where on the website or in this video that states that at all. What am I missing here?
