A mountain view can't compare with a sea view. But a nice condo out of town. A nice holiday vacation rental or buy. But you can't make these a home. They are too small and claustophobic.

Very nice place, especially for the price. However, the drywall finishing is pretty rough along the seams. It looks like they did not finish it properly. This is not a big deal though. Love the pool!

How can i buy a villa? It is impossible. The villa is being sold in the name of a company, which again must be headed by a Thai person. That is, this is a deliberately shady scheme. If the government gave foreigners the right to buy real estate like in the UAE, then such an offer would undoubtedly be incredibly interesting. But now it is a purchase of who knows what.

I feel like swimming pool is a waste, it's not really a swimming pool. Feels like 2 to 3 stroke from end to end. It would be better to remove swimming pool and add more space to the villa. There should be common swimming pool big size of course.
