Lockdown's theme is so cool that it was recreated in a Telenovela. I shit you not. Caught it while randomly watching La Rosa De Guadalupe.

I ain't gon lie, even though he helped hunt down the autobots, he still badass

Everyone knows if Lockdown wasn’t in this movie, the franchise would’ve ended here as the movie sucks without him. The score is awful (other than his theme), the new characters are just so whiny, and the autobots didn’t act like they do- heck, Optimus was willing to leave Earth a few times since humans didn’t want them (yet he always came back), but now is fine killing? Even Bumblebee lost his cool in this film. The three new ones (well, two that didn’t really have many lines and then that one cigarette, bearded robot) weren’t great either. One can argue that the Dinobots were cool, but they were honestly filler characters to make a homage to what could’ve been great instead of what actually was (I.e. the plot centered around finding the dinobots, not like what happened here where reinforcements were needed-so have Optimus fight one of them, team up, and then part ways). Long post short, movie would’ve crashed and burned, maybe more than Last Knight and Bumblebee if it weren’t for Lockdown.
