I forgive her it wasn't intentionally it was a accident. That shouldn't had happened but aren't all sudden deaths shouldn't happen but they does and we cannot control it. But we can forgive one another. I'm pretty sure she didn't wake up and thoughts of getting drunk crashing the car by hitting innocent people so deaths would have it's way on who survive and who dies.

Life sentences shouldn’t be a thing. The maximum prison sentence for anyone should be 20 or 25 years and if a judge doesn’t think that is enough, it should be the death penalty. There’s no reason why all of society should be funding someone to live a non-productive life when there are innocent people struggling

as of writing, yesterday was september 11 2023, 3,000 people died in the attack in 2001. on average since 1975 a 9/11 worth of deaths happens every month from car incidents. we went to war, we should do it again. chose the safer option, not for yourself, for others. Invest in transit so that in cases like these we can make the easy decision the right one.

You guys have a way better legal system then us. Our drunk driver killed the kids and grandpa, got just a few years and is now out and his family has a hospital named after them thats just been built putting his name up high for all to see their money. Says it all doesnt it?

A friend of mine lost her only child, a twenty year old daughter, to a drunk driver. She had to serve to avoid him, went off-road and crashed into a barn where the roof collapsed and crushed her to death. He only got five years.

Wow... hearing that victim at the end, you can see this is not about justice but about vengeance. This decision comes from hatred and will feed hatred. There is a difference between intent to kill and no intent, and the sentence did not reflect that. I don't think it is good for the justice system to be blindly harsh like that...
