Is the RTX 2070 and RTX 2080 still good for gaming in 2024?

Still running a RTX 2080 super in 2024 at 1440p no complaints here.

I have a 2070 Super and have no complaints. I can still play most games without seeing a significant drop off. I am thinking of upgrading but I find it hard to justify spending 1000 USD when I can still play games fairly decently.

Plan on testing any other GPUs? 1080ti would be a decent one to test

Turing cards are cheaper these days in the used market and thanks to the DLSS, still being competitive for solid 1080p gaming

Just got 2080 PNY for 170$ for 1080p is pretty buck/fps enough.
