I’m making progress’ I’ll be 69 soon ‘ I’m finally getting my body realigned. ❤ no butt . Had right knee injury from my hips not working from lack of movement and strength. ? My issue are my glutes. They are very tight and it is very painful. Each day is different sides. Sometimes left and sometimes right. The pain is so excruciating in the morning when I first get up in the mornings I can hardly walk. Will these exercises help me loosen the tightness?

ОтветитьI’ve always had a confidently round beautiful butt. But as we age, we already know what happens. I’ve continued to work out on my glutes, but I’ve noticed the last year I seem to be doing something wrong and I’m not sure what it is. The sides of my butt seem to be indenting more than usual, which tells me that I’m using the wrong muscle. But the indents on the sides is no longer around, but it looks like it’s disappearing on the side instead. Ugh! What am I doing wrong??

I've learned that from my friend because i ask her how come your butt shape is nice and she teach me about this and i find out that she also teach to my gay friend😅 no wonder his butt is so nice that i always spank it everytime we all hang out😅😅😅😅
