yeah but your logic that he can analyze at a high level means nothing. Analyzing at a 2500 level and 2700 level or higher are miles away from each other. If you are a 2600 GM at least ok, you can have an opinion but if you arent your opinion on this is basically meaningless.

Just compare the evidence for one vs the other and it's an easy wrap. And yes you can prove a negative, put Niemann vs a 2700 opponent and let inspectors scrutinise his every move, make every test they want until they can determine the source of his being on par with the 2700. Whether that is his genius or an infrared beam. And as soon as he's not cooperating, he's guilty ofc.
