Мне очень нравятся русские люди, но я думаю, что этот остров не является российской территорией. just like Germany had given Kaliningrad Oblast as war price to Russia it is these Kurilen islands from Japan to Russia; whereas Germany fully accepts its guilt to the war, Japan alos to its neighbours (South Korea e.g.) is having difficulties; maybe these "occupied" islands makes the Japanese aware of that "there has been something" instead of negelecting everything; you do not have to be a Russian fan to see some justice in it
