I love the title "Optimist and Best Selling Author"
Company culture is so important. I really like the book "The Ideal Team Player" to help with company culture. However, I think it is very hard to change people. I think better bets is putting people in place that fit the culture you want. Specifically putting people in places of leadership that fit the culture you want. It is something that may take time to adjust, but overtime, anything is possible.
Great insights for any organization to include non-profits...synagogues like ours.

Ответить100% True, I am experiencing it after 2 decades in MNC, unfortunately our so called Leaders/Managers and only "Messenger", they use big jargons without thinking....probably have bills to pay, so cowed down to be an "Yes Sir" and treat all of them to say "Yes Sir".......This is toxic culture. Company's do not survive long......Sadly I see many in India adapting to this formula barring a few.....God bless Next Gen.......
