This video has changed my life. I started just a little over a month ago. It took me a week to make it from start to finish in 1 session. I would start from the beginning every morning and ever night. I got inspired and changed my diet. By week two, I was able to do the full video twice a day. I went from 126 to 111 lbs. I am healthier and stronger than I have ever been at 33 years old. I have friends coming over to share the video and start their journey too. I can touch my toes and I am beginning to see definition in my arms and abs. Thank you Adrienne, for making me a healthier mom, wife, and dental hygienist.

ОтветитьDay 153 (part 2!) of the current run. This one was a bit much for a second yoga practice for the day. I got about 16 minutes through, and was strugglingggggg. I'll give it another shot later this week.

10 years ago!! I remember when this video first came out! I'll admit, it was much easier then. But! I am 55 and can still get through it with success. Thank you for 10 years of yoga. I enjoy every minute of sharing this time with the FWFG world!!

ОтветитьI recently realised that I had stopped yoga with Adrienne, and decided to get back into it. It reminded me of the dark days I used to have before finding this yoga practice. I have started again and boy do I feel alive again. So for anyone who has stopped and is thinking of getting back into it, DO NOT HESITATE TO DO SO. Love and peace to the world and everyone in it x

i dont know why, every time i do downward facing dog, after like 1 min into the pose i feel a pull in the nerves of my ring finger of both hands. digging into the palm becomes quite the problem and i have to stop. it feels like the skin and the nerves of my ring finger is getting pulled and it becomes painful to continue. i have to take a break then get back to it. but only for a short while and i have to take a break again.
if anyone knows why, pray tell!
