I also forgot to mention, that for skin and hair health, it’s great to have a soft silk or bamboo pillowcase - they’re much more gentle, and less damaging. ✨

I ALSO forgot to mention, that I only wash my hair with cold water, it has made it so much more healthy, and I swear that it is gorwing quicker!
