No you don’t have to cut off the chicken toenails, I absolutely 💯 👍love to leave on the nails 💅 more nutrients.
I use 1 tablespoon
🍏apple 🍎 cider vinegar or 1 tablespoon lemon 🍋 Juice sometimes both
As it will evaporate. It abstracts the nutrients from the bones and bone marrow.

ОтветитьDon't just drink it, incorporate it into your meals. Remember, if it calls for water (integrally), use bone broth. Also, don't be afraid to spice your bone broth. They say aromatics fade in simmering, but in my experience they get captured and softened by the slow cook. Burnt onion shrimp/crab/crawfish/mussel curry benefits greatly from this.
