ОтветитьHere again for WONDER - Dec. 2023 and I'm mixing up the playlist as needed. So today it was time to get down on the abs after indulging over the holidays. It wasn't easy but I did it.
Sending love & hugs to everybody still here and endless gratitude to Adriene for making it easier for us to stick with the daily practices. Yes, there are days when I have to skip ... but it's all about getting back on the mat and just doing what's good for body & mind.
A great mindful prana practice with the core. Definitely felt it in my abs!! Also, a smooth flow. Namaste🙏

Ответить1 year of yoga and this still kicks my ass, but I know that I have improved, because I did not say any negative words to myself, only repeating "damn you're strong, keep going" and my boyfriend ran over from his desk to give me a high five. Namaste friends ❤️

ОтветитьWONDER ❄ | December 17, 2023 | We did it y'all! I know what to expect now with this core buster, so I did it first thing before having my breakfast 😆. I woke up with a bit of a fussy lower back to I was a little worried, but it only really made itself known during the plank series and not too bad. I followed up with a few lower back stretches (NOT a second or third round of this practice, which frankly Adriene, I don't think will ever happen 😅). 🙏

ОтветитьThank you Adriene. This was the very difficult core workout I had done so far. i used to do 50 reps of 4-5 variations but they were nothing compared to this one. In today's core work I focused fully on the ab msucles and breathe. This was really amazing. I will keep this in my core routine after running in the morning. Lots of love to you & all the YWA community. You all are amazing. <3
ОтветитьI used to feel like I have more core strength than many my age but this was way too much. Can you recommend core work interspersed with other yoga so I’m not so discouraged. Really this defeated me.
