all good choices, though im suprised virtue didnt make the cut in mid or high end? also ive been using the proflex x for awhile now and its not the most comfortable but the fact that i can get my lense out quick is so worth it
ОтветитьProflex for life. Our team is sponsored by CRBN and I still prefer all my flex's
ОтветитьI have the I5 from dye but I should probably have gotten the I4 to look more like a sweaty speedballer
ОтветитьUsed to run an I5. Got told to try a JT and didn't look back. Wore it once after about a year after using the JT and thought I was dying from a lack of air. Crazy the difference. You forgot to mention the 2nd hand JT market puts them into the high price bracket lol.
ОтветитьI miss my original Dye Invision with the visor.
ОтветитьPlayed paintball in the early 2000's and still like to randomly check up on the state of the game. Awesome to see the Proflex is still used that much, think my bright blue one is kicking around in a storage bin at a buddies house somewhere. Definition of if it ain't broke don't fix it.
ОтветитьCan you show me how to add a chin strap because i need one of mine i have a proflex
ОтветитьLove these product comparison/suggestion videos. Gives me ideas of entry level stuff I can suggest to new players. Also food for thought for when I'm ready to drop money on an upgrade. Thanks! 👍
ОтветитьI’ve got a big noggin. Fitted cap size 8. I5 is the most comfortable for me and visibility is amazing…such a personal choice though!
ОтветитьAlways hated the lens change on my flexs. My favorite mask was the VForce Profiler, which would be great if they brought back.
ОтветитьIm currently using a proflex and i love it its light, super breathable coming from dye i5 i just couldn't breathe in it because of my beard the flex sits off your face and when its comes to lens change its not a big deal because i never really change my lens unless im popping in a new one . I wish i would have tried on a proflex a long time ago instead of wasting money on the other masks
Ответитьi love my Flex8. i dont like getting hit in the head lol
Ответитьis that a red grill 2.0? 🥸
ОтветитьI saw that wave! 😂
Ответитьflex forever. best goggle. not super expensive. lens change is not a huge deal
Ответитьi'm still using my 8+yr old Empire Helix. it's solid and has a thermal lense for only like $40-50. i plan on upgrading to a CRBN Carbon Zero before next season gets ripping
ОтветитьUnpopular opinion - the proflex is extremely overrated. It has no modern features, mouth shots suck , ear shots suck , lens changes are a pain , can't change foam and coverage isn't that great. So many better options out there
ОтветитьI run empire evs, sad u didnt have it on there:(
ОтветитьThat 2006 style, Certified G
ОтветитьSo happy to have ordered the top pick before seeing this video. Lol
ОтветитьMade the mistake of trying on my buddies Push Unite and now I’ll never go back lol
ОтветитьI just use the jt it works great
ОтветитьStill use my old E vents I bought in 06. There’s a reason they still make lenses for it. Still my mask to this day over my almost as old i3. Other than colors, I don’t see much difference between then and now
ОтветитьThanks for the video! Thinking I'm going to give the Zero Pro a try -- been playing with an i4. Question: You mentioned having a video inside your Zero mask. Got an install video? (Or is the video from 4 yrs ago still the best on this topic?) I planned to do the same... Thanks @PaintballRuinedMyLife
Ответитьlove for the proflex but not the proflex x? quick change lens and foam...
ОтветитьThe proflex also bends when your shouldering something with a stock that i like when useing a magfed gas though stock and you can fold it up to have a smoke lol
ОтветитьMy EVS is still my favorite mask ever. Its so damn good, especially for glasses. The Empire Helix is okay, but the foam is really bad imo, especially compared to the Tippman Intrepid masks.
ОтветитьProflex, the Underoos of paintball.
ОтветитьJT Proflex forever!!
ОтветитьBunkerkings CMD is superior to all
ОтветитьThe proflex has gotten me all cut up a few times in the colder weather due to paintball shell shards getting through all that good ventilation.
No more proflex for me.
Dye i4 been good to me all around but might take a look at the carbon.
Thanks for all the info bud.
The worst part about paintball is the prices of everything. Proflex have been a round for so long yet still like 90 bucks just for the black one
ОтветитьI still use my JT Flex7 mask from.... many... years ago
ОтветитьI miss my Raven mask. Flexible, single pane thermal color changing lens, sleek, ridiculously light, great FOV, quick change parts.
ОтветитьDYE SE 50$ thermal lens good vents good ear ports great mask overall for starters and intermediate users
what i dont get as more you get into paintball the smaller your mask gets lol why is that ive been paintballing for 9 years i dont get the tiny masks some of these guys wear they cost 200 bucks and cover 1/3 of your face. your chins sticking out of them etc. you have to wear a bandana to not get forhead shots etc. why lol.
JT Flex. Period.
Ответитьthe e-flex was an awesome mask. events lens with proflex bottom. loved those
the grillz isn't bad either. wasn't excited when we got sponsored by GI and HAD to wear them, but it grew on me
Still have my Old School JT Proflex in storage.
Ответитьdoes this work with outdoor airsoft?
ОтветитьAfter trying a Proflex, i was hooked. I have the least fogging problems (glasses 😢)
ОтветитьNo love for the Empire EVS mask in that mid range category? Mine has held up like a tank and is very comfortable with glasses worn underneath.
ОтветитьIs there any good mask i can cop with $60
ОтветитьCRBN OPR > HK HOSTL
ОтветитьSly PROFIT or GTFO
ОтветитьEmpire eventz have been my top #1.
ОтветитьI haven't played in years sold off all my non pump guns. Will never sell my my Red Ice proflex. But may need some new blue thermals.
ОтветитьBest mask is whatever fits your face best. no matter new or used. I will never give up my e flex.
ОтветитьI'm still rocking the JT Spectras/ProFlex, they are my favorite. Whatever the formulation of the foam they use, it never irritates my skin. I have had issues with other brands doing that, never with the JT Spectra/Proflex's.
ОтветитьFor the best and i mean hands down best lenz cleaner i jave ever found is a foaming glass cleaner calls BON AMI. The oil residue thats usually left somewhat on them when field cleaning is complete gone with no scrubbing or multiple cleanings just initial clean then a quick spray and wipe and 100% squeaky clean. And for the spray can being 560g for well under $10 this stuff last a very long time. Try it out thank me later because everyone ive introduced this stuff to has never gone back to using anything else
