It should be illegal to catch wild birds to sell, if not illegal then somehow regulated. I don't know anything about birds but it seems cruel to take these birds from the wild and put them in a cage and sell to unassuming people that don't know anything about birds.
ОтветитьLincoln was an ornament, unfortunately. Poor guy
Ответитьhow about you contact me. ill taken him. i will work with him and love him.
ОтветитьIts so sad how much trauma wild caught birds go through
ОтветитьGive him some toys how sad
ОтветитьI have two Timnehs, so this bird looks normal but it needs a bigger cage and attention from the owner then it will be ok.
ОтветитьThis is so fascinating! Kudos to Amber and the trainers. I hope he makes it to the sanctuary.
ОтветитьThe majority of birds are scared to death! shouldn't be pets- they take a lot of time to care for properly- not worth it in my opinion-
ОтветитьCongrats to amber for genuinely seeking progressional help and wanting the best for Lincoln
ОтветитьThe poor bird..taken out of freedom, stuffed into a tiny cage to be sold to another idiot who will a bad owner who uses birds as decor.
At least this owner went the right direction, trying to give the best a wild birds can get
But it is obvious something healed wrong, many time during their captures wild birds get injured and no one bats an eye. The people who catch these bird have one thing on mind:money
"He's percolating" 😂
ОтветитьWhat happened to Lincoln?
ОтветитьTwisting = pain
ОтветитьWhere can it be bought and what is the name of the one that shoots?
ОтветитьI want him I have the female they just need a friend & being together would be so great I also have a congo African grey..
ОтветитьThis poor bird needs to go to a place were he gets better care. It's obvious that Amber is afraid of the bird. The bird deserves a better way of life. It is obvious that she is not wanting to keep the bird. Please Jamie and Dave take the bird and place him in a better home.
ОтветитьDear Jamieleigh and David,
Please integrate the word "farther" into your vocabulary when referring to distances. I appreciate everything you are doing for birds and their caretakers all over the world but please use "farther" when referencing physical distances. If not for us, for Capri. You're the best example she has and English teachers are (typically) not known for their kindness. ;)
Most Respectfully,
Your Adoring Viewer
I hope Lincoln gets the home he needs. I see the potential in him. I could feel the struggle in Jaime and Amber. Keep us posted
ОтветитьYou should take him home with you..and Love him
ОтветитьI love Timneh parrots! They're my most favorite subspecies of the african grey!
ОтветитьThis bird is breaking my heart 💔.... where did Lincoln end up?? And I just lost a blind bird whom I had since I was 3 and I am 38 now.... I am just offering an option
ОтветитьIt breaks my heart seeing this bird. This bird is very neglected and it's obvious this woman really doesn't care about this bird. This Video actually is pissing me off.
ОтветитьHe lost his person, he is grieving too, poor guy
ОтветитьShe totally has bird eyes! They GET her!
ОтветитьThis bird should go to a great home or to a sanctuary
ОтветитьWow he is big for a timneh thought he was a Congo till I seen his pink beak, I have one of each but my timneh is like half the size of my Congo
ОтветитьIf African zgrays have a lot of powder what is the cause of that?
ОтветитьI feel so bad for him. This was a hard one to watch. African Grays are just such intelligent birds and this lady does not know how to care for him. My aunt has a 30 year old CAG and he has been in a cage his whole life. Supposedly they revamped his diet once I accused them of not meeting his basic needs.
ОтветитьLincoln is in a terrible condition, I wonder if he has ever even had spray of water let alone a bath?!
ОтветитьI have seen a Timneh do that when he was spooked by something.
ОтветитьFor such experienced bird handlers, I'm kind or in wonder that they just put new things right into his cage, when he's clearly not comfortable with new stuff.
ОтветитьMy George (Timneh ) when I have visitors it unbelievable how he can take over a conversation. George definitely doesn't have a bird brain. He is so human
ОтветитьGEORGE VERY SPOILT. ONCE A MONTH MASSAGED WITH COCONUT OIL AND HAS WING CLIPPED AND PEDICURE
ОтветитьI'm new to your channel.what the purpose of the stick and clicker?
ОтветитьI’m wondering if he was having a type of seizure with the gurgling and twisting?
ОтветитьWhatever the outcome incant even watch this. Humans are a disgrace. I had 2 African Grey's years ago. Birds DO NOT BELONG in cages period. Do humans Belong in cages???
ОтветитьI had a number of Timnehs and the gurgling sound is common with them. The twisting you were talking about I didn't even notice as out of the ordinary.
ОтветитьSo what ever happened to this bird?
Ответить😢
You guys must see some heartbreaking stories.
Keep trying. Why don't you try taking him out of the cage ?
ОтветитьMy parents had a Grey and he was a kind of rescue, the neighbour just left it in the flat when he left. My parents took him or her in, having no idea what to do with it. He had a big cage but he never would stop biting or screaming and he exactly made the same gurgling noises. It ment - I take the goodies but come near and I bite you.
ОтветитьAh bless ❤
ОтветитьThe first thing he needs to be at is a vet . You should take him home to be a project bird .
This is why birds in the wild should be left alone
It seems like the older lady had enough. Want him gone today
ОтветитьThis was four years ago. I see there's an update video... gotta watch it!
Hope he got a new name. Lincoln Is stodgy and not birdlike.
Hello from Louisiana
ОтветитьI have an African gray parrot but I don't know if it's a girl or boy

ОтветитьWhere are u all located if u don't mind?
ОтветитьI love parrots tho
