The idea and the general gameplay is nice. But he is he gona break the game. Something Smash Charakters have done lot, i mean there is one broken every game.
They did something they shouldnt, placing blocks in game where preventing the opponent from reaching certain places is a winning condition (im talking about recovering). Whats worse, is that 80-90% of Charaktere are very limited in that aspect. That wouldn't be a problem with compensation, that how most Games solve this (tanks are slow, healer or dps are either slow or squishy). Steve has fast move that aren't weak and hes has protect against projektiles and his mobility isn't limited. So you want him on low ressources, he starts with some, thats says. Oh wait, you can get him ahead of you, or hes gonna have an easy time getting more ressources. Getting an advantage, while waiting for his blocks to run out, that sounds fun...
