Naja, ohnmächtig geworden bin ich nicht gerade, sonst würde ich ja jetzt nicht mehr diese Nachricht schreiben können.😊. Aber wenn man sehr müde ist, ist die Musik schon ganz nett. Ich habe bei mir auch eine CD von der Art, wie es sie für ein paar Euro in dem bekannten Drogeriemarkt mit dem Pferdemenschen im Logo gibt. Mit Wellness-Klassik-Musik. Nicht überwältigend, aber wenn man Einschlafprobleme hat und sich gerne mit Musik entspannt, kann sie schon manchmal helfen.
