Thank you for this rather inspiring video. I am somewhat at a rut with my yoga practice and have actually stopped enjoying it. Think this is purely hormonal behaviour as am post menopause.

Dear Prashantj,
l started today in the evening 9:00 pm these exercises. I can’t do yet any Lotus, only crossing, nor press to too much on the right side my tight, because the right hurt so much. I must find out, what is wrong. But l did all the exercises as good as l could do. I will continue, as it feels good, and logic to move the joints, all body parts as Elderly. I am grateful for these precise instruction. Over time l will overcome my difficulties. From tomorrow l will try to do them in the morning. Unfortunately, in the morning, l have to do a lot of things, which makes me nervous. In the evening l have all the time l need, and l am relaxed at the end of the day. Thank you. 6th day after starting. All goes slowly well as long as l don’t get cramps, but when l get them anywhere in the body, l have to pause, release the leg or the back. It is too painful. Sorry. But l keep going. Thank you. 17.10.24

It’s essential to do everyday o some times in the week?
What if I have short time for physical practice, for example one hour? It would be good do this exercise always before asanas?

Ответитьgood explanation but need much slower movements. I have some arthritis mainly in knees & hips . i'm 77 , had open heart surgery 7mos ago so I'm weaker than my usual self . slow easy movements 20 to 30 min workout is better for me. appreciate suggestions. Thank you!
