The best video I have watched on that topic (believe me, I have watched a lot) and finally the content resonated with me (you know it when you start crying). In understood that at some point in our childhood we stop loving ourselves and be friends with ourselves, because others do not approve our different personality and as kids we can hardly defend ourselves and what is left - is to start believing you are not good enough, and your personality is then divided in two parts (one hating another for being not good enough for people around us). We need to stop this inner war and ask for forgiveness our second inner half for betraying it in the past. It just happened for me… Thanks Julien!

Before, when there was respect for men, an average man could have access to a wife and be respected by society. Now even if you have many qualities and achievements, if you do not stand out above (very) the average then you will go unnoticed.

It's interesting how you almost gotta shake up the individual. You can read it in their posture, and it's almost like they've locked themselves away with being comfortable in being in their own skin.
