where I'm getting annoyed at with Sarah's attorney is his whole world what happened before what happened to lead to the suitcase accident, and I'm like it does not matter what happened 2 minutes before It does not matter what happened an hour before It is not even matter what happened 3 days before, the time that matters is the moment he got into the suitcase the moment Sarah zipped them up and the moment that he started begging for his life to be let out and Sarah watched and did nothing those are the moments that matter

Policy and law are two different things. Policy is meaningless in this situation. The warning card contained all the legally necessary elements. Owens should have known this and known that his argument was bs. I definitely think he is allowing himself to be Sarah’s puppet to avoid conflict and complaining from her. That’s why he’s always behind and unprepared. Sarah is running him ragged.

The police are under no obligation to tell the truth in an interrogation. They can say "we know all about what you did, so you might as well just tell us." Or "so and so already told us"

Sarah is clearly suffering with battered woman’s syndrome as well as a probable personality disorder. Add is substance abuse and you arrive at diminished capacity. She is guilty of manslaughter and should be sentenced to time serverd.

Aw man, that poor judge! I get severe headaches (at times from tension & stress) and I can just tell by the particular way he's rubbing & massaging his forehead that he's fighting a tension headache due to listening to such confusing weirdness. Somebody get that man some Excedrin, STAT!

I just wanted to add that, it's quite normal for charges such as murder cases to take years at a time. It goes a lot quicker when you're somebody who's out of jail fighting your case, she obviously didn't have any kind of money to bond out if she even did have a bond usually, and I'm giving my opinion only because I lived in Florida for over 20 years and unfortunately, I did get arrested a few times for nothing as serious as this of course. I did meet people however, that were incarcerated for serious crimes like this and they were fighting their case for years, that's just the unfortunate part of being incarcerated, charged with something serious, and not having the funds to get a private attorney or bond out. That's why people need to think twice before they make a decision to act, we take such little things for granted, you really realize how much that's true when it's taken away from you. She's somebody who's so used to getting her way by throwing a fit, it just doesn't work that way when you're incarcerated a lot of your rights are taken away and there's no sense of urgency with anything. This is what happens when you don't have any money, when you don't accomplish anything in your life and all you do everyday is get drunk and act a fool, her behavior finally caught up with her and this is something she cannot control. What I can say is that bc she refused to take that deal which was a sweet deal for her, they're going to be pissed off at the fact that she made them spend the money and the time to take this to trial knowing she was guilty with all that evidence against her.

I'm going to throw my bid in right now, I'm going to guess that because she didn't take the 15 years she's going to get sentenced to at the very least 25 years, I'm going to say double that I think they're going to give her 30 years

You know whats funny.. this case drug out for 4 years because Sarah dug her heels in resisting anything she didn't agree with... And when she finally got to call the shots she was convicted of murder in 10 days...Sarah was a grade A student of Dunning-Kruger University and we all should have just gotten out of her way...

I don't think Brian Boone owes Sarah anything. I believe I read that in the divorce Brian would pay Sarah 1000 a month up to the amount of 83,000 or until she remarried but WHO paid the lawyer she had at the beginning that did all the work and was paid up to 63,000 before the payments stopped and she had to get a court appointed lawyer? If it were Brian paying that lawyer for her and what he already gave Sarah per month since the divorce? I think he is paid in full and don't owe her another dime! I think he has over paid since she was suppose to help with co-pays for her son etc. I don't think any judge is going to make Brian pay her anything more if it was him that paid that lawyer in the beginning.
